Social Emotional Learning and Citizenship Resources from Arthur, Free webinar for grades K-5
Gear up for the new school year with resources that support community building and social emotional learning for grades K-5 and are available free on PBS LearningMedia, all drawn from the animated series starring the iconic 8-year old aardvark, Arthur.

In addition to teachers sharing lesson ideas using Arthur resources to support their students' community awareness and emotional well-being, we’ll tour the PBS LearningMedia website and give you tips and tricks to make the most of the thousands of standards-aligned free resources available.

Preview the community and social emotional collections of ARTHUR resources ahead of the webinar: https://www.pbslearningmedia.org/collection/arthur-community/ Topics include self-esteem, understanding others, cultural diversity, forgiveness, generosity and empathy.

This session will be recorded and a certificate is available for those who attend the livestream and complete a brief survey.

There will be a follow-up Peer Exchange on Wed., September 8th at 7pm ET. This is an opportunity for teachers to come together for questions and collaboration after taking time to reflect and review the presentation webinar on August 17th. More information to follow.
