Introduction to Digital Tools: Leverage PBS LearningMedia Resources, Free one-hour webinar for grades K-5

This session is a collaboration between GBH Education, PBS LearningMedia and PBS Wisconsin.

Digital tools ranging from Edpuzzle to Nearpod to Jamboard have become ubiquitous during the COVID crisis while teachers and students have relied on them to enhance instruction and student attention. This session, the first in a series, will feature tech-savvy educators leading interactive introductory demonstrations of Flipgrid and Nearpod, and showcasing how you can integrate these apps with free resources on PBS LearningMedia from GBH and PBS Wisconsin. There will be ample time for hands-on practice and Q & A.

Sarah Vincent

Sarah Vincent, a current GBH Educator Ambassador, has been teaching in Springfield, MA since 2013. For her entire tenure in Springfield she has been part of the School-Centered Decision-Making Team, Instructional Leadership Team, and is currently the Chairperson of the Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports Team. Most recently, she has joined the Computer Science for All Research and Design Partnership in the district. In her time away from the classroom, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, friends, and pets, and attending concerts (socially distanced.)
